Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

Stormguard Fabrications will deliver products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to deliver the products within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. 

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).

We strongly recommend that you check all goods before signing them off. Any damages not advised on the delivery note will not be accepted. If you have notified us of a problem with the products, we will either replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question in accordance with our Return Policy (see below).

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Returns Policy

At Stormguard Fabrications, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect on arrival

  • You have received the wrong product

  • The item is not as described

Please note that custom-made or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective on delivery.

 

How to Request a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. If the product is damaged or defective, please include photos to help us assess the problem.

A member of our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for return, repair, or replacement.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In the original packaging, where possible

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged due to improper handling or installation after delivery.

 

Return Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return or collection.

  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Replacements and Repairs

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A repair, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
